This kelp soy sauce is made by combining well-aged soy sauce with Hidaka kelp broth extracted using our original caldron boiling method, which complements the original flavour of soy sauce. This soy sauce, brewed by leveraging the natural flavor of Hokkaido ingredients, helps to taste your usual dishes even better. The salt content of this type is 30% lower than that of regular soy sauce. No chemical condiments are added.
