Once your order with Saké Boutique has been received, your order will be processed and despatched within 2-5 working days (during normal business hours). Our commitment to you is that your order will be carefully packaged and despatched within this time. You will receive an e-mail from us to let you know which courier company is handling your delivery.
Please note approximate delivery times from the date of your order:
Deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane Metro please allow 2-5 working days. Customers in other areas (WA, NT and Regional) please allow additional time. We emphasise that there are expected delivery delays at this time.
Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience longer delivery times during peak periods (due to bad weather or courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Sake Boutique’s reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 11am and 4pm only (excludes public holidays).
We will endeavour to have your order processed for the next delivery window if you order before 2pm, but do allow up to 2-4 working days as we head closer towards Christmas. For example, for your order to be ready for collection on Tuesday, please place your order by Monday 2pm.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If there are any problems with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Sake Boutique will not be held responsible for any damage or breakage if informed after 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
Insurance companies require evidence via photos of the damaged item & its packaging béfore you send the item back. Please email or send these with your return to help us assess & process your return more quickly.
If the product is damaged or broken as a result of courier or postal transit, please keep all original packaging and photograph the damaged item and packaging.
Damage due to misuse or neglect
We do not accept returns as a result of customer misuse or neglect of care of our products. For sake, please store in a cool dry place. If the sake is Il nama ll / unpasteurised, please store refrigerated. Read more about sake storage.
Modification of changes to prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue delivery, without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our service to comply with orders.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products to be sold online to any person or persons. All descriptions of product or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.
An order will only be accepted once payment has been made in accordance with our order and accepted by the credit card provider as to availability of funds.
In no case shall Japanese Pantry / Nippon Food Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract or tort, strict liability or otherwise, arising from the use of this website to make deliveries of our products, nor the supply thereof, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as result of the use of this website or any content (or product) made available from this website.
